Halo movie director chosen!!!!!


Joystiq has a post up about the new director of the Halo movie, Neill Blomkamp. He's a South African commercial director, with numerous short films and commercials for Nike, Adidas, and some shitty bands. The cool thing is he's a techy kind of guy, or so his body of work seems to indicate. Transforming Citrons and cyborg cops in combat with rouge robots and the short film, Alive in Joberg, has a lyrical quality that is haunting. I'm suddenly excited for the 08' release of this film.

Holy Fucking SHIT!!!!!!!

ahem..... Since the last few posts, this blog has gotten swamped, and i fucking LOVE it!!!!!! just today, as of 1a.m., this blog's gotten over 65,000 hits!!!!! you fuckers might as well download the new podcast, and subscribe though itunes!!!! anyways, for anyone who is STILL not satisfied with the quality of the pics: too bad. i don't have anything better to post with, and if you really want to read the whole article, buy the mag. it should be in stores next week, suckers!!!!!! wow. i wonder what would have happened if i had posted the new halo:orion screenshots. [Update] The halo:orion stuff is real. it's in the rumor section, and the mag says that it's supposed to be a Stratagy MMO, and there is another game also in development called Halo: forerunner. i'll post a pic and a new podcast later today.
